A substantive public good enterprise largely funded through state grants
Our client had to make a decision on which of a number of property location and ownership decisions best suited its business. We worked with management and the board to strengthen the analysis linking the options to the strategy and test how evolving customer needs, resourcing and needs and technology changes could best be met through property location. We also assisted in making robust the sensitivity testing of the financial and affordability implications needed to support an ‘own vs lease’ decision. A management recommendation put to the board following this process gained their endorsement.
