Morrison Low was engaged as the lead analyst to support the independent review of the response to M. bovis.
The M. bovis programme represented the largest response to an animal health biosecurity in NZ history. Our engagement involved advising on Terms of Reference, helping to designing the review process, developing the analytical approach and framework, and testing the analysis as it was undertaken.
The Independent Review Panel has successfully delivered its report and recommendations.
